Hi. I'm going to use artificial light. At first, I used a 36w small uv lamp, but when I used the black color, it was no longer dark and clear in the indigo color even if I exposed it for a long time. So next time, I exposed the black color again using the 300w grow light that I have. After 60 minutes of exposure, I didn't get as dark a color as I wanted and the result wasn't satisfactory. Do I lack the power of the light I have? I used 100% cotton fabric usually used on sweatshirts.

Can you post pictures?  It is not impossible to get good color from Solarfast(I am assuming), but it can be tricky.  The blue is difficult to balance correctly.  If it develops too much the black looks like a dark blue, and if not enough it looks brown.  I do think the blue absorbs a slightly different wavelength of light because it develops last and more in the afternoon.
