I bought some idye recently and followed the instructions to a T.

My material didn't dye and I was confused as to why. After trawling through a lot of question and answer sites I found that some washers have a flush through before the beginning of the cycle and therefore the dye was all gone before it even started.

I think that you should make it clearer that for front loader washers you need to add the dye after the machine has filled. I did end up finding some instructions when I Googled that particular problem, but only here http://www.jacquardproducts.com/assets/jacquard-site/product-pages/dyes/idye/idye_jeans_machine_instructions.pdf
and not on the idye instructions themselves.

A bit peeved that I've wasted a whole packet of dye and a super hot wash cycle for nothing.

Thank you for your feedback - we have made changes to the instructions on the newer packaging to reflect this information, and with your feedback we will make sure the main instructions on the website include that info also.
That being said, if you'll call our 800 number and ask for Victoria, she will take care of you.

best,
annette
