Hello all:

I bought a set of  all 30 colors of Dye-na-flow for silk painting
However, I do not have Cyan, a primary color
I tried to mix blue and green as suggested by google search results but I cannot get desired results; one problem is there are many different shades of green and blue; I do not know which ones and in what proportion to mix to get Cyan.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

thanks in advance

We use the Turquoise as Cyan.  It actually works really well.  Do you think it is too green?

I really don't know too much about color theory and all; I am looking for a color more bluish than Turquoise. This is what I came up with on web search

Cerulean is the color you have there as Cyan.  I don't think of that as Cyan though I have to say.  That looks a little red to me.  I think the turquoise is the best primary blue in dye na flow.  It is not quite as green as your example.

So you can below how close the Turquoise you posted is to cyan here.  To me it looks like you are looking for a Cyan blue.  That color is cerulean in dye na flow.
