So, I need a definative answer to a question. Are these paints NON-Toxic. I am making decorative items for babies and want to be able to assure my clients that the paint is non toxic. Thanks-Laura

Hi Laura,

Our products: Dye-Na-Flow, Textile Colors, and Green Label Silk Colors all conform to ASTM 4236 labeling standards for non-toxic materials--which means that the ingredients have undergone a battery of tests to confirm that they are not harmful and many folks do use them on products for babies. Keep in mind that baby/children's clothing is almost always printed and/or dyed. That said, it is still paint--not a natural material. The fundamental question is--should a baby suck on a piece of dyed/painted fabric? You must be the judge as to whether or not that may be acceptable to your clients.
