So, we are working with Jacquard screen printing inks and were wondering if anyone else had used a heat press to cure the ink? We were thinking of letting the shirts dry for 24 hours and then hitting them with the heat press at 320 degrees for 30-40 seconds (with some testing of course). Just wondering if anyone else had done this and if you had any tips? We do not want to have to wait 72 hours for the shirts to self cure. Thanks!

Yes this should be fine. Heat pres works great.  You don't have to wait the 72 hrs, that is self cure time.  24 hrs with a heat set is fine.

The 72 hr thing is for people who don't have a heat press or oven who don't want to iron every shirt.
