Hello, I am new to Jacquard products and would like to learn painting on synchro costumes. I read about the dye-na-flow and Jacquard Textile paint. Which one should I use for painting of designs on lycra fabrics? If I use dye-na-flow, I read that I have to use heat to fix the colours. But heat will alter the elasticity of lycra fabics. What can I do to fix the colours and not alter the fabric? Thanks for your advise!

Hello mmlieu!
Thank you for your interest in our Jacquard Paints.
Fortunately, Dye-na-flow and the Jacquard Textile Colors give you the flexibility of not having to heat set. All of our paints will air cure in 72 hours.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

One quick qualifier - for a more secure fixing without heat setting we would recommend the use of either Air Fix or Versatex Fixer with the paints. You need add only a very small amount of either to the paint prior to applying to the fabric. This is especially recommended if you are painting many pieces.
We also recommend testing for washfastness before committing a large amount of effort on your project.
